No sound

The tracing feature is great it gives a word, with a picture of something starting with that letter, then it demonstrates how to write it. Then it is your turn to try.

Im not happy that their isnt any sound- it clearly states I. The description that it does say the letter for the child. It does not- I tried to go to customer support and it takes you to their we page that only allows you to sign up for newsletters.
